There is something very magical about standing in my kitchen creating “Potions” with the wonderful bounty of Tropical Fruit that we have here in Bokeelia on Pine Island, Florida.; From the tranquility of walking the groves collecting the perfect fruit to creating condiments of all sorts. For years my daughter would say that I was in the kitchen brewing up potions hence the name Witches Brew.

Mango is the main fruit I use, with oranges, lemons, and pineapple. In the winter season, I use Strawberries and other berries as well.

The fun is in the creating and cooking, so I make everything in small batches, some products are limited editions that I just produce once a year, so my regular customers know to keep a watch for them!

I sell at one farmers market a week from mid-October to the end of April and a few special events throughout the year on Pine Island. My products are also available for pick up or delivery on Pine Island. You can call me with what you need.
